Abu Dhabi Global Market Deploys AI Across 25 Functions
Abu Dhabi Global Market said in an announcement that it deployed AI across 25 business functions during the first half of 2026. The systems reduced annual manual workload by more than 5,000 staff hours, while digital channels resolved about 25% of customer inquiries instantly.
The financial center plans to invest more than AED 400 million in technology capabilities under a roadmap running through 2029. Entities established in ADGM hold more than $100 billion in investments focused on AI.
ADGM also reported that more than 544 UAE nationals received training in agentic AI through the Wealth Management Institute School of AI. Its assets under management rose 54% from a year earlier, while active licenses reached 13,974.
