Actian Integrates Jaspersoft into Data Management Portfolio

Actian, the data and AI division of HCLSoftware, has integrated Jaspersoft's embedded analytics and reporting capabilities into its data management portfolio following HCLSoftware's acquisition of Jaspersoft. The integration expands Actian's offerings across data management, business intelligence, and AI.

Actian, the data and AI division of HCLSoftware, has integrated Jaspersoft's embedded analytics and reporting capabilities into its data management portfolio announced in a press release. The move follows HCLSoftware's completion of the acquisition of Jaspersoft.

With the addition, Actian combines data management, business intelligence, and AI support for operational reporting and decision making. Actian plans further development of Jaspersoft’s roadmap, including AI enhanced analytics, agentic BI features, and deeper integration across its solutions.

Jaspersoft’s network of about 90 partners across 44 countries joins Actian’s ecosystem, offering global implementation and support. Around 1,000 enterprise, mid market, and small business customers currently use Jaspersoft across regulated sectors such as finance, healthcare, government, and manufacturing.

Actian stated that the enhanced portfolio provides a unified path from data management to analytics and AI insight while maintaining reliability across on premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
