Adaptive Innovations Raises $50 Million Series A to Expand AI Healthcare Platform
Adaptive Innovations has raised $50 million in Series A funding to expand its AI healthcare platform and clinical operations. The round was led by Felicis, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures, Optum Ventures, Sunflower Capital, Conviction, BoxGroup, Dorm Room Fund, and Constellation, along with individual investors from healthcare and AI sectors. The company also disclosed a previously unannounced $10 million seed round, bringing its total funding to $60 million.
The company operates as a healthcare provider built around its proprietary AI system, which manages intake, scheduling, charting, and billing. Adaptive reports that its AI workflows have reduced clinician documentation time by 80 percent and enabled care for patients often turned away by traditional agencies. Since launching in 2025, it has completed over 100,000 home health visits through partnerships with more than 500 healthcare organizations.
The funding will be used to scale Adaptive's AI platform and expand its network of clinicians into additional states. The company is based in New York and Dallas and employs a team combining experience from AI and healthcare sectors.
