Adlib Software Agrees to Acquire Paperbox

Adlib Software agrees to acquire Paperbox, the company announced in a press release. The transaction will combine Paperbox's insurance communication intake and task routing technology with Adlib's document data extraction and governance platform.

Paperbox converts incoming emails, portal messages, and attachments into structured tasks and cases. Adlib extracts document data, links values to their sources, applies rules defined by insurance carriers, and records an audit trail.

The combined system will serve insurers, managing general agents, and third party administrators. It will route work and exceptions to staff while providing confidence data, source traceability, and governance records. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions.
