AdminaHealth Adds AI Data Assistant to Enterprise Billing Suite
AdminaHealth adds an AI data assistant for Enterprise customers of its Billing Suite, the company announced in a press release. The read only assistant answers plain language questions about billing, enrollment and reconciliation data within a customer's workspace.
Users can ask about total bills, billing adjustments and changes to member coverage. The assistant cannot alter bills, ledger entries or other records. Access requires workspace permission, acceptance of the company's terms and privacy policy, and multifactor authentication.
The assistant operates separately from the suite's reconciliation, consolidation and payment calculation engine. AdminaHealth also uses AI to convert PDF invoices into structured data for processing. Additional customers may receive access based on their accounts.
