ADR International Launches GenAI Virtual Tutor for Procurement Training
ADR International has introduced Sophie, described as the world's first GenAI Virtual Tutor for procurement, announced in a press release. Sophie is powered by CodeBaby's Geppetto conversational AI platform and is trained on ADR's proprietary procurement methodologies and consulting frameworks.
The system offers interactive coaching for procurement and sourcing professionals, allowing users to ask questions, explore scenarios, and receive guided feedback. Sophie also supports AI driven role play and procurement simulations that help professionals practice negotiations, stakeholder management, and sourcing conversations.
ADR stated that organizations such as Singtel and Wienerberger are already using Sophie to modernize procurement learning and accelerate onboarding. The launch also marks ADR's expanded presence in the United States through collaboration with Milwaukee based CodeBaby.
Future updates for Sophie will include multilingual support, additional procurement simulations, and broader supply chain learning capabilities.
