AI Hospitality Group Launches Hotel Operator With $7.5 Million

Former Remington Hospitality CEO Sloan Dean has launched AI Hospitality Group, a Dallas hotel operator that uses more than 60 AI agents for back office work.

Former Remington Hospitality CEO Sloan Dean announced the launch of AI Hospitality Group in a press release. The Dallas company operates hotels using more than 60 AI agents for back office tasks, while employees handle guest services and property operations.

The agents support recruiting, accounting, revenue management, and marketing through a system that combines more than 20 data sources. AI Hospitality Group signs management agreements directly with hotel owners rather than licensing its software to other operators.

The company launched with design partnerships involving The Ameswell Hotel in Mountain View, California, and two hotels in the Parable Hospitality portfolio. It also raised $7.5 million in seed funding led by Rackhouse Venture Capital, with participation from Sierra Ventures, Dynamo Ventures, and angel investors.
