AIA Contract Documents Adds AI Assistant for Construction Contracts
AIA Contract Documents launched an AI Assistant for contract guidance inside its app and added an upgraded contract editor, the company announced in a press release.
The AI Assistant gives users guidance when they request it during the contracting process. The upgraded editor is designed to support a simpler path from template to signed agreement.
The company also named Arijit "AJ" Saha as Chief Technology Officer. Saha previously held technology and engineering roles at Infosys, Goldman Sachs, Noodle AI, now Daybreak, and Redica Systems, where he served as Chief Technology Officer.
AIA Contract Documents says its platform includes more than 300 standardized contract documents. The company says more than 45,000 companies use its tools to write over 1.2 million contracts each year.
