Airties Launches Aura AI Engine for Connectivity Management

Airties introduces Aura, an agentic AI engine that autonomously diagnoses and resolves connectivity issues for homes and small businesses, the company said in a press release. Aura works across Airties platforms that manage connectivity, device and application data.

Subscribers can use Aura through existing apps to diagnose problems and receive recommended actions, such as restarting a network node or creating a guest network. Customer care teams receive conversational diagnostics and suggested actions, while marketing teams can use natural language queries to analyze customer behavior and identify churn risk.

Network operations teams can use Aura for firmware rollouts and reversals, remote troubleshooting, configuration testing and performance monitoring. The system supports controlled autonomous actions, human oversight, agent interoperability and auditable automation.

TurkNet is the first operator to deploy Aura through its existing Airties Home platform. Airties says the engine uses connectivity intelligence derived from more than 50 million connected homes and businesses.
