Aitech Launches New Division Focused on Classified U.S. Defense Programs
Aitech announced in a press release the formation of Aitech Defense Solutions, LLC (ADSL), a new business unit focused on classified U.S. government programs and national defense initiatives. The division will collaborate with government agencies and prime contractors to develop advanced embedded computing systems for critical missions.
Pratish Shah, previously head of Aitech Defense Systems, Inc. (ADSI), will serve as general manager of ADSL, overseeing its classified program engagements. Industry veteran D. Davis joins as general manager of ADSI, leading projects in AI-powered rugged embedded computing across sea, land, air, and space domains.
ADSL is pursuing Facility Clearance sponsorship and expects to obtain clearance by the third quarter of 2026. The new structure aims to strengthen Aitech’s ability to deliver customized computing and networking solutions for government clients requiring secure and specialized technologies.
Yaron Mund, CEO of Aitech, said the expansion responds to growing demand for secure, high-performance solutions supporting national defense and classified missions.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
