AIxC Signs $200 Million Term Sheet for Faraday Future Robotics Business
AIxC Holdings signed a nonbinding term sheet to acquire the robotics assets and businesses of Faraday Future in an approximately $200 million stock transaction, the company announced in a press release. The proposed acquisition remains subject to due diligence, definitive agreements, financing, stockholder approval and other closing conditions.
AIxC plans to change its name to FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. and its Nasdaq ticker from AIXC to FFR on September 30. It also plans to discontinue its crypto strategy, retain its RoboShare business and focus on robotics.
Faraday Future said its robotics business has launched 24 products across three robot forms and shipped 552 devices through August 2026. The business recorded cumulative revenue of about $1.52 million and an unaudited gross margin of about 30.9% in the second quarter of 2026.
If the transaction closes, the robotics business will become a wholly owned AIxC subsidiary. Shares issued to Faraday Future would be subject to an 18 month lockup under the proposed terms.
