Alocity Adds Mercury Security Support to Its AI Security Platform

Alocity now supports Mercury Security controllers within its cloud security platform. Customers can connect access control, cameras, intercoms, visitor management, and AI tools without replacing existing Mercury hardware.

In a press release, Alocity announced support for Mercury Security's open access control platform. The integration connects Mercury controller infrastructure with Alocity's cloud access control, AI Video, Aimee AI operator, intercom, visitor management, and workflow tools.

Authorized users can use natural language through Aimee to interact with access control systems, cameras, visitors, intercoms, and AI Video Agents. Alocity's Control Center also connects Mercury based access control with existing IP cameras and other physical security systems.

The integration is available to security integrators, channel partners, and enterprise customers. It allows customers to add cloud and AI functions while retaining existing Mercury infrastructure and choosing their own hardware.
