AlphaESS launched AlphaQ in Belgium and the Netherlands. The AI powered agent forecasts electricity prices, solar generation, and household demand to manage home battery charging.

AlphaESS announced in a press release the European launch of AlphaQ at partner events in Belgium on September 16 and the Netherlands on September 22. The AI powered agent combines household energy data, tariff based energy management, and system assistance in one platform.

For homes on dynamic tariffs, AlphaQ forecasts electricity prices, solar generation, and household demand to manage battery charging and discharging. It updates its plan every 15 minutes, while its Q Insight feature explains system operation and forecasts. Installers can use fault records and real time system data to diagnose problems.

AlphaESS also introduced the VitaPower 3600 AC home battery, which offers modular storage from 4 to 16 kWh and bidirectional AC power of 3.68 kW. It starts with an 800 W plug and play configuration and can expand to 3.68 kW. Its AI mode manages charging and discharging using energy prices, solar forecasts, and weather forecasts.
