Alterion Introduces Draco Runtime Control Platform for AI Agent Governance

Jul 17, 2026
Alterion has launched Draco, a runtime control platform that provides enterprises with real-time visibility and policy enforcement over AI agents without requiring code changes or vendor lock-in. The platform is designed to help compliance, risk, and security teams govern agent behavior across clouds and infrastructure.

Alterion announced in a press release the release of Draco, a runtime control platform that allows enterprises to gain real time visibility and enforce governance over AI agents in production environments. The platform operates independently without requiring agent code changes or specific vendor dependencies.

Draco functions as a control layer positioned between AI agents and enterprise infrastructure. It observes prompts, actions, and payloads in real time through Alterion's Helix runtime intelligence layer. The system models agent behavior and applies guardrails that prevent high risk actions such as data deletion or modifications before they occur.

The platform is designed to help security, risk, and compliance teams manage agent behavior while maintaining operational speed. It can be deployed within customer environments and supports multiple infrastructures, including on premises and cloud setups. Draco maps agent activity to frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 42001, and the EU AI Act to aid audit readiness.

Alterion stated that Draco enables organizations to reduce incident related costs, improve reliability, and maintain compliance in regulated industries. The product became available to enterprise customers starting July 16, 2026.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
