Alteryx Adds Governed AI Agent and Analytics Tools

Alteryx is adding AI capabilities across Alteryx One that connect governed workflows, datasets, and business logic to external AI tools and agents, the company announced in a press release. Alteryx said its tests reduced LLM token use by up to 93 percent and increased processing speed by up to 85 percent when an LLM was combined with an Alteryx workflow.

Ask Alteryx supports conversational analysis and workflow creation. Agent Studio lets users build conversational agents from governed datasets, while Alteryx Insights for OpenAI provides access through the ChatGPT Plugin Directory.

Alteryx MCP Server allows AI agents to interact with Alteryx assets under existing authentication, permissions, role based access controls, and audit records. Alteryx Skills, available through GitHub, helps third party agent interfaces create Alteryx assets using established patterns.
