Amtech Adds AI Email Intake to Quick Quote

Amtech Software launched an AI agent that converts emailed quote requests and attachments into draft specifications for corrugated packaging manufacturers.

Amtech Software announced in a press release the launch of an AI email intake agent within Amtech Quick Quote, its quoting application for corrugated packaging manufacturers. The agent reads quote requests and attachments, extracts details including dimensions, board, style and quantity, then drafts one or more specification lines.

The application displays confidence levels for extracted values and flags missing information for review by customer service and estimating staff. EnCore master data flows into Quick Quote, while accepted quotes can be written back into EnCore as specifications and quotes without manual reentry.

The Email Intake Agent is available for RSC and HSC quoting. Amtech plans to preview more agentic AI applications at its user conference in Nashville from October 11 to 14.
