Andor Health Expands Rural Health Support with ThinkAndor and PsynergyHealth
Andor Health has expanded its Rural Health Transformation support capabilities through the combined use of its ThinkAndor AI platform and PsynergyHealth’s virtual clinical workforce, announced in a press release.
The collaboration is designed to enhance rural healthcare access by addressing challenges such as workforce shortages, documentation demands, and limited access to specialists. ThinkAndor uses ambient AI to capture and summarize clinical conversations in real time, automatically generating documentation and coordinating care across electronic health record systems. The platform also enables AI-powered triage and telehealth routing to connect patients with specialists more efficiently.
PsynergyHealth complements the technology by providing operational and clinical services that support telehealth operations, remote monitoring, and care navigation. Together, the two systems function as a workforce multiplier for rural providers, allowing hospitals to expand services without adding staff.
The integrated solution also supports chronic condition management programs, including heart failure, diabetes, and COPD, by offering predictive care and remote monitoring to help identify at-risk patients earlier and reduce preventable hospitalizations.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
