ANTHBOT R7 Mower Adds Robotic Arm for Edge Trimming
ANTHBOT showed its R7 Series robotic mower at IFA 2026 in Berlin, according to a company press release. The machine uses an EdgeEase robotic arm that extends beyond the mower body to cut grass along walls and fences, the edges a fixed deck cannot reach.
A six motor all wheel drive system combines cameras and LiDAR to navigate slopes and uneven ground. The mower also uses infrared thermal signal detection to identify animals hidden in grass before cutting.
ANTHBOT says the R7 received 12 industry and media honors at the show, including recognition as an IFA Innovation Award 2026 Honoree, and that German publications CHIP and Computer Bild named it a Messe Highlight. The company sells its robotic mowers in more than 30 countries.
