Anthropic Bans Election Interference and Abuse of Claude
Anthropic updated its usage policy to prohibit election interference, weapons software, surveillance and prolonged verbal abuse of Claude, according to TechCrunch.
The abuse rule applies to extreme cases in which users repeatedly act cruelly toward a model without a clear purpose. It does not cover ordinary frustration, criticism, dark creative themes, model testing or research. Claude can end persistently harmful or abusive conversations under training introduced in August.
The policy also prohibits deceptive campaigns that use Claude to operate fake accounts or fabricated news outlets. Separate rules bar users from deceiving voters or disrupting elections.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
