Anthropic Pushes IPO Marketing to Mid October
Anthropic is delaying its planned October IPO timetable, with marketing now expected to begin in mid October at the earliest, Reuters reports. The company previously expected to publish its prospectus as early as the second week of September, but the filing is now expected in late September.
The listing could be completed days before the US midterm elections in November, though the schedule may change. Investors have discussed a potential valuation of up to $2 trillion.
Anthropic is also working to finalize a $15 billion revolving credit facility before analysts meet with the company. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Citi are among the banks working on the offering.
