Archive360 and Microsoft Partner on AI Tools for Policy Violation Detection
Archive360 has announced a collaboration with Microsoft Corporation to deliver AI-powered compliance and investigation tools for large enterprises, according to a press release. The integration combines Archive360’s governed data cloud with Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI through Foundry Models to support complex eDiscovery and policy violation investigations.
The collaboration enables AI agents to analyze archived communications such as emails and Microsoft Teams messages while maintaining strict data governance and permission controls. These agents can detect potential policy breaches, create e-discovery cases, and apply legal holds automatically.
At the center of the new offering is the Archive360 AI Discovery Investigator, which allows investigators to use natural language prompts to initiate and manage compliance inquiries. The system supports both structured and unstructured data, unifying them within Azure’s ecosystem to identify patterns that are difficult to uncover using traditional methods.
Archive360 expects to release the integrated solution by the end of 2025.
