Archive360 and Neev Data have announced a partnership to create a unified, AI-ready repository for ERP data, enhancing data governance and compliance.

Archive360 and Neev Data have announced a strategic partnership to enhance data governance for operational and legacy ERP systems. , this collaboration combines Archive360's cloud-native, AI-driven governance platform with Neev's SAP and legacy-application archiving software. The result is a unified, AI-ready repository that simplifies compliance workflows and reduces costs.

The partnership addresses the challenge of achieving a comprehensive view of archived data, which often requires separate tools for different ERP systems and communication channels. By integrating Neev's SAP-certified connectors with Archive360's platform, organizations can now extract, normalize, and securely archive SAP data, making it searchable and manageable both within and outside SAP environments.

This collaboration allows enterprises to decommission legacy systems while maintaining access to critical historical data, particularly as they transition to SAP S/4 HANA. The unified platform provides a seamless data flow, a consistent compliance layer, and a common user experience for compliance officers and legal teams. This ensures that organizations can provide AI and analytics access to valuable insights from their governed legacy and operational ERP data.
