Artmarket.com releases French edition of book written by AI

Artmarket.com announced in a press release that the French edition of founder Thierry Ehrmann's "Dialogue Between a Thinker and AI" is now available online. The English edition appeared in September 2026, while Spanish, Simplified Chinese and Hindi translations are in progress.

Ehrmann created the book through more than 450 hours of voice conversations with AI over 40 days and nights in July 2026. The planned print edition is about 1,800 pages and credits Ehrmann with the thought and dialogue while describing the writing as entirely generated by AI.

Ehrmann says he supplied the ideas, directed the exchanges, corrected or rejected material and accepted responsibility for the published text. The French and English editions are available at no charge under a Creative Commons license that permits noncommercial sharing of unchanged copies with attribution.
