AskELIE has opened its Operational AI Platform to managed service providers, software vendors and business users. The platform supports reusable AI assistants and automations with security, governance and human oversight.

AskELIE opened its Operational AI Platform to customers and partners on September 21, 2026, the company announced in a press release. Managed service providers, software vendors and business users can configure reusable AI assistants and automations without building the underlying AI foundation.

The platform combines AI models, data, business knowledge, workflows, enterprise integrations, security and governance. Its operating structure covers four functions: understand, decide, act and control.

Managed service providers can configure services for use across multiple customers. Software vendors can add external data and context to their products. The platform includes model choice, consumption based pricing, human oversight and audit records.
