ATDev Raises $3 Million Seed Funding to Expand Assistive Mobility Ecosystem
Assistive Technology Development, Inc. (ATDev) has raised $3 million in seed funding to expand its AI-enabled mobility solutions, announced in a press release. The round was led by Dobrzelecki Legacy Ventures, with participation from Uphonest Capital, The Life Science Angels, and other angel investors.
Founded in 2020 and spun out of UC Berkeley, ATDev develops robotics and wearable technologies to improve rehabilitation and personal mobility. Its flagship product, Reflex, is a smart, at-home knee rehabilitation robot designed to provide physical therapy in a home environment.
The company plans to use the new capital to scale its assistive mobility ecosystem, which integrates robotics, wearable devices, and telehealth tools to support individuals with varying physical abilities.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
