Authenticx Adds Form Automation and Routing to Safety AI
Authenticx announced in a press release that it has expanded its Pharmacovigilance AI Solution to automate more safety workflows. The new capabilities are available now.
The system analyzes calls, chats, bots, and other conversations involving pharmaceutical patient service teams. When it detects a potential safety event, it fills a configurable pharmacovigilance form with relevant conversation details and metadata while preserving the transcript context.
Manufacturers can add a human review checkpoint within Authenticx or send validated records to Oracle Argus, Veeva, Salesforce, or another configured system of record. Trained pharmacovigilance professionals remain responsible for case qualification, reportability decisions, and regulatory submissions.
