Automation Anywhere to Acquire boost.ai
Automation Anywhere announced in a press release that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire boost.ai from Nordic Capital. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approval and standard closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Boost.ai provides conversational and voice AI to companies in regulated industries, including financial services, telecommunications and insurance. Its platform supports more than 36 languages and combines natural language understanding with generative AI and AI agents.
Automation Anywhere plans to connect boost.ai's customer service tools with its automation platform, allowing requests received through voice, chat and other digital channels to trigger work across business applications. The deal follows its acquisition of Aisera in late 2025, which added automated employee service and enterprise knowledge tools.
