Automation Anywhere Releases Agentic Procure-to-Pay Tool

Automation Anywhere has released an AI tool that coordinates procurement and finance tasks across existing business systems.

Automation Anywhere announces general availability of its Agentic Procure-to-Pay solution, according to a company press release. The configurable tool is part of its Autonomous Finance suite and can connect procurement, finance, supplier and enterprise resource planning systems without replacing existing records systems.

The solution coordinates vendor onboarding, requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice processing and payment status tracking. An AI assistant identifies exceptions, supplies context and recommends actions to finance teams.

The offering combines OpenAI reasoning models with Automation Anywhere's orchestration, enterprise context and governed execution technology. It uses the invoice processing engine from the company's Accounts Payable offering, while Autonomous Finance includes more than 55 AI agents covering over 100 task types.
