Avoca Raises $125 Million at $1 Billion Valuation for AI in Service Businesses
Avoca has raised more than $125 million across Seed, Series A, and Series B funding rounds at a $1 billion valuation, announced in a press release. The Series B was led by Meritech Capital Partners and General Catalyst, while the Series A was led by Kleiner Perkins.
The New York based company builds AI agents that manage chat, email, calls, and SMS for service businesses. Its platform automates tasks such as lead response, job booking, estimate follow-up, and marketing campaigns. Avoca reports that its AI can answer calls and book jobs at any hour, recover unsold estimates, and generate new customer demand.
Avoca works with partners including ServiceTitan, Nexstar, and Clover, and serves large operators such as Turnpoint, 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, and Goettl. The company reached eight figures in annual recurring revenue in 2025 and expects to book $1 billion in jobs this year.
Avoca plans to expand beyond home services into other sectors that rely on phone-based operations, including moving, automotive, and property management businesses.
