Bank of America Adds Intelligence Hub to AskGPS
Bank of America announces in a press release the AskGPS Intelligence Hub, a suite of treasury analysis tools for Global Payments Solutions employees. It expands AskGPS, the internal generative AI assistant introduced in 2025, which supports nearly 3,000 employees with access to institutional knowledge.
The first capabilities will combine client information, relationship activity and account structures into treasury management reviews. Digital Account Schematics will visualize accounts, liquidity structures, sweeps, multi bank relationships and related services while identifying structural changes and fund flows.
Enhanced Relationship Insights will analyze client, product and activity signals to identify changing needs, service gaps and potential opportunities. Employees will remain responsible for decisions and client interactions, while the tools will operate under the bank's Responsible AI framework with governance, testing and oversight.
