Bazaarvoice and Evertune Integrate AI Search Brand Tools

Bazaarvoice and Evertune are integrating brand visibility measurement with tools that make customer reviews and other content accessible to AI search engines.

Bazaarvoice and Evertune announced a partnership and product integration in a press release. The integration combines Evertune's brand visibility monitoring across more than 10 large language models with Bazaarvoice tools for creating and distributing customer content.

Evertune tracks consumer prompt volume and the sources that influence AI responses. Bazaarvoice will connect those measurements with its Influenster sampling campaigns, Content Coach and Authentic Discovery API, which makes customer feedback accessible to AI search engines.

Research from the companies found that 65% of surveyed shoppers immediately select a recognized brand when AI presents several options. The cheapest product ranked first in 28% of analyzed AI shopping responses, while 94% of respondents said they seek more ratings, reviews or visual customer content before buying.

The survey covered more than 3,600 Influenster members in the US and EMEA across eight shopping sectors. Evertune also analyzed 44,000 ChatGPT shopping widget responses covering about 244,000 products in 11 categories from late July through late August 2026.
