Beacon.li Launches AI Orchestration Layer for Insurance Operations
At ITC Vegas 2025, Beacon.li unveiled an AI orchestration layer designed to unify insurance operations, announced in a press release. The platform’s AI-powered agents automate processes across client acquisition, underwriting, claims management, and policy support.
The company reports that early deployments achieved an 86% reduction in routine policy inquiries and up to 70% faster claims processing, cutting settlement times from days to minutes. Quote turnaround times decreased by 50–70%, while customer service costs fell by 70%.
Beacon.li’s agents include multimodal claims orchestration with document, image, and video ingestion, NAIC-compliant grievance management, and autonomous multilingual policy support operating 24/7. The system also offers enterprise-grade security with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance.
CEO Rakesh Vaddadi said the orchestration layer helps insurers deliver faster, compliant decisions by coordinating entire insurance workflows rather than relying on isolated automation tools.
