Beko Expands AI Tools Across Appliance Service Network

Beko is using an AI Technician Coach and demand forecasting tools across its appliance service network in 58 countries.

Beko is expanding AI supported customer care across 58 countries, the company said in a press release. Its service network includes more than 7,000 service points, 27,000 technicians, 50 call centers and about 2,000 customer service agents.

The company's AI Technician Coach helps technicians find technical documentation and diagnostic guidance. It generates about 800 repair recommendations each day across Beko's global operations. Technicians remain responsible for repair decisions.

Beko also uses AI forecasting and integrated planning to manage more than 450,000 spare part stock keeping units. The company said spare part availability improved by 5% in 2025.
