Beroe Acquires nnamu to Enhance AI-Driven Procurement Negotiations
Beroe Inc. has acquired nnamu GmbH, a company specializing in game theory-based AI negotiation technology, announced in a press release. This acquisition aims to enhance Beroe's procurement decision intelligence by integrating nnamu's AI capabilities, which are designed to optimize negotiation strategies and improve cost savings.
nnamu's AI agent, built on a 20-year dataset of over 2,000 negotiations, leverages advanced game theory principles to autonomously run negotiations. Beroe plans to infuse its proprietary market intelligence into nnamu's technology, promising better outcomes for procurement professionals.
The acquisition includes the establishment of a new entity in Germany, with Beroe taking on the full nnamu team. This move is expected to revolutionize procurement negotiations by providing professionals access to advanced AI and game theory concepts.
