Beyond Adds Owner Hub, API Access and Performance Tools
Beyond introduced Owner Hub, Advanced Connectivity and Performance Manager for short term rental operators, the company said in a press release. The October release also includes more than 40 updates to its pricing, analytics, payments, integrations and user workflows.
Owner Hub combines revenue projections, listing reviews and owner reports in one interface. It can create three revenue scenarios from an address or listing URL, identify changes to listing photos and content, and produce reports with market data and an editable AI summary.
Advanced Connectivity provides API and MCP server access to Beyond's pricing, performance and market data. Customers can use AI assistants to change prices, set minimum stays, retrieve portfolio data and create reports, with separate permission for write access, previews and logs for each action.
Performance Manager uses a color coded matrix to compare portfolio segments with market and year over year benchmarks. Users can filter results by market, bedroom count or listing group, then open the selected segment in Beyond's Pricing Dashboard.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
