Biotia's AI Tool Tops CAMDA 2025 for Antimicrobial Resistance Prediction
Biotia has achieved the highest prediction accuracy for antimicrobial resistance at the 2025 CAMDA (Critical Assessment of Massive Data Analysis) Antimicrobial Resistance Challenge, announced in a press release. The company's tool, BIOTIA-DX Resistance, outperformed other methods in predicting antimicrobial resistance profiles from metagenomic data.
The CAMDA challenge, part of the ISMB 2025 conference, is a prestigious event that benchmarks advanced computational tools using real-world datasets. Biotia's success highlights the clinical and research potential of its proprietary platform, which leverages genomics and AI to deliver actionable insights for better-informed treatment decisions.
Biotia plans to present its results at the ISMB 2025 conference in Liverpool this July, where it will detail the methods and performance of the BIOTIA-DX Resistance pipeline and discuss its implications for the future of antimicrobial resistance surveillance and diagnostics.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
