Blackstone Energy Transition Partners has entered a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc., announced in a press release. The Pennsylvania-based company designs and manufactures thermal management and energy efficiency solutions for high-power and mission-critical applications.
ACT’s management team will remain in place and continue as significant shareholders. Founded in 2003, the company produces technologies including two-phase liquid cooling, heat pipes, cold plates, and environmental control units, serving sectors such as data centers and high-performance computing.
The investment aims to expand ACT’s manufacturing capacity and capabilities amid growing demand for advanced cooling solutions.
