BluSky AI Launches Regulation A Offering to Expand U.S. AI Infrastructure
BluSky AI Inc. announced in a press release the launch of its Regulation A+ offering aimed at accelerating the development of its distributed AI infrastructure across the United States. The investment program allows individual and accredited investors to participate with a minimum investment of $1,000.
The company is developing more than ten AI Factory sites nationwide, expected to provide over 200 megawatts of capacity for large scale model training and inference computing. These facilities are part of BluSky AI’s Neocloud architecture, designed to deliver scalable and power-dense infrastructure for commercial and enterprise AI workloads.
Funds raised through the offering will be used to expand and develop AI Factory sites, manufacture and deploy modular compute units, and grow Neocloud capacity. Additional proceeds will support general corporate operations.
Headquartered in Salt Lake City, BluSky AI builds modular data centers known as SkyMods. These are engineered for rapid deployment and optimized power efficiency to meet the increasing compute demands of AI applications.
