Bold Penguin Launches DeX ai for Digital Insurance Exchange
Bold Penguin announced DeX ai in a press release as the intelligence layer for its Digital Exchange. The company said $12.45 billion in premium moved through the exchange across more than 735,000 middle market and complex submissions during the past 12 months.
DeX ai reads insurance submissions and matches risks with carriers based on their appetite and quoting behavior. It can support straight through binding for less complex risks, compare policy language clause by clause, analyze insurance towers and generate broker proposals.
Carriers, brokers and platform partners can access DeX ai through APIs, an MCP server and agent to agent connections. Its recommendations include reasoning logs, while declined submissions have documented paths that can be provided to examiners.
