BoomerangFX's AUVIA AI Clinic Co-Pilot Reaches 1,000 Monthly Autonomous Consultations
BoomerangFX announced that its AUVIA AI Clinic Co-Pilot has surpassed 1,000 autonomous patient consultations per month, according to a press release. The company reported rapid adoption of the platform across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region, driven by demand for scalable AI-powered clinical automation and patient engagement.
AUVIA operates as part of BoomerangFX’s integrated platform alongside its RUN electronic medical record system and LeadEngineAI CRM. Together, these tools manage scheduling, patient communications, and financial processes, enabling clinics to handle patient interactions from initial inquiry to confirmed booking without human intervention. Each consultation is typically completed within 60 seconds.
The system integrates with Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, and Google for AI capabilities, while Twilio, Stripe, Klarna, and Affirm support communications and payment processing. The platform is used across private pay healthcare sectors such as aesthetic medicine, weight loss, hormone optimization, and sexual health.
Following the validation of its autonomous booking capabilities, BoomerangFX plans to expand AUVIA’s functions into clinical consultations, compliance documentation, and post-treatment engagement. The company, recognized on Deloitte’s Fast 500 list for two consecutive years, continues to scale globally as demand for AI-driven clinic operations increases.
