Boomi acquires Israeli data observability startup Elementary Data in a cash and stock deal valued at $40 million to $45 million, according to CTech. All 17 Elementary employees are based in Israel and will join Boomi.

Elementary develops software that monitors the quality and reliability of data used by enterprise systems and AI agents. Its tools detect anomalies, create data tests, track data lineage and provide data context to AI tools through a Model Context Protocol server. Boomi will add these capabilities to its enterprise platform and Active Data Foundation.

Elementary's commercial service and open source project will continue under Boomi, with no immediate changes planned for the code repository or release process. The purchase is Boomi's third Israeli acquisition after Rivery and Lunar.dev.
