Brahma AI raised $150 million through preferred shares, including a $100 million investment from Multiples Alternate Asset Management.

BRAHMA AI raised $150 million through preferred shares, including a $100 million investment from Multiples Alternate Asset Management, the company announced in a press release. It also reported a further $100 million of investor interest.

The company will use the funding for research and development, global commercial expansion, and growth in Silicon Valley. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. served as the sole placement agent.

Brahma AI develops content intelligence and management tools for media and entertainment, sports, healthcare, and advertising. Its platform includes Brahma AI Core and Brahma AI Studio, with capabilities spanning visual AI, digital humans, voice, and multilingual performance. Customers include Warner Bros, the NBA, and Mayo Clinic, while distribution partners include Google, Hakuhodo, and DNEG.
