BrainChip and Chelpis Collaborate on AI-Powered Security Solution
BrainChip Holdings Ltd has announced a collaboration with Chelpis Quantum Corp. to integrate its Akida AKD1000 chips into post-quantum cryptographic security solutions, as stated in a press release. Chelpis plans to use these chips in an M.2 card designed to enhance cryptographic security in targeted products.
The collaboration marks the first step in developing an AI-PQC robotic chip aimed at fulfilling next-generation security and AI computing needs. This project, in partnership with Mirle, has been submitted for consideration under Taiwan's chip innovation program. The initiative seeks to create a system-on-chip (SoC) integrating RISC-V, PQC, and NPU technologies, specifically supporting manufacturing markets with a Made-in-USA strategy.
Chelpis is also exploring the use of BrainChip's advanced Akida IP to incorporate visual GenAI capabilities into the proposed SoC design. This development aims to support autonomous quadruped robotics for industrial environments, enhancing security and AI capabilities in the sector.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
