BriefCatch Launches Legal Writing and Citation Verification Suite
BriefCatch announced in a press release a unified suite of legal writing and verification tools. The suite includes a new online app that works alongside Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Its tools include Writing Assistant, CiteCheck, and RealityCheck. RealityCheck verifies whether cited cases support quotations, holdings, dispositions, and legal propositions. It also flags altered quotations, misstated holdings, unsupported citations, and concealed text.
BriefCatch also updated its writing engine with recommendations for engagement, concision, flow, punch, and clarity. The suite includes a Learning Hub with 90 self paced modules and five webinars focused on AI, along with self serve administration and AI credit management. Individual, Pro, and Enterprise plans are available, with a free seven day trial that does not require a credit card.
