BrightPlan completed the first closing of a Series C funding round led by ABS Capital Partners. It will use the capital to expand its AI powered financial wellness platform, distribution network and advisory services.

BrightPlan completed the first closing of a Series C funding round led by ABS Capital Partners, the company announced in a press release. Additional investors are expected to participate before the final close, while the funding amount was not disclosed.

BrightPlan will use the capital to improve its AI powered financial wellness platform, expand enterprise distribution and its partner network, strengthen global advisory services and enter more countries. The platform combines personalized AI tools with local financial advisors.

The company says it serves more than 10 million employees across over 50 countries and recorded revenue growth of more than 230% during the past three years. ABS Capital partner Jennifer Krusius will join BrightPlan's board.
