Brightray Signs Letter of Intent for 10 MW Indiana AI Data Center
Brightray Science said in a press release that its subsidiary signed a letter of intent with an unnamed mission critical infrastructure partner based in the United States for a planned 10 MW AI data center in Indiana. The agreement was signed on October 6 and represents Brightray's first project letter of intent in the country.
Brightray plans to supply the project's prefabricated data center infrastructure, including design, manufacturing, integration and delivery. The proposed facility would support NVIDIA GB300 systems, follow Tier III design standards and target annual power usage effectiveness below 1.2.
The company plans to complete the project within one year by manufacturing modules while foundation and other site work proceeds. The main terms are nonbinding and remain subject to final technical specifications, commercial terms, approvals and definitive contracts. The partner intends to issue a purchase order by November 15, 2026, while the letter of intent will expire 12 months after signing unless replaced by a final agreement.
