Broadridge and Xceptor Partner on Global Tax Automation Platform
Broadridge Financial Solutions and Xceptor have announced a strategic partnership to provide a unified digital platform automating global tax relief and reclaim operations, announced in a press release.
The collaboration integrates Xceptor Tax with Broadridge's Global Tax & Client Reporting Solution, creating an end-to-end system for multi-jurisdictional tax relief-at-source, tax reclaims, and digital regulatory filing. The platform combines Broadridge’s asset servicing infrastructure with Xceptor’s data automation technology to improve processing speed, accuracy, and compliance.
The joint solution connects data, documentation, and decision-making across the global tax and asset servicing lifecycle. It enables automated data flows, centralized documentation, and regulatory updates, allowing clients to identify tax relief opportunities, monitor eligibility, and manage documentation efficiently.
According to Broadridge, the platform aims to reduce operational risk and costs while maintaining compliance with evolving global regulatory regimes such as MiKaDiV and EU FASTER. Xceptor stated that the partnership delivers enhanced control, visibility, and scalability for financial institutions navigating complex tax environments.
