Brook.ai Names Former Teladoc COO Mike Waters as Chairman of the Board
Brook.ai has appointed Mike Waters, former Chief Operating Officer of Teladoc Health, as Chairman of the Board, announced in a press release. The appointment comes as the company expands its commercial operations and begins collaborating with a broader network of health systems.
Brook.ai reported a 204% increase in patient volume over the past year, alongside a 90% reduction in congestive heart failure readmissions and an 80% rise in controlled hypertension cases within six weeks. The company plans to expand its services to additional patient populations and conditions, increase its product and engineering teams with a focus on AI safety, and enhance its technology to support higher engagement and improved outcomes.
Waters brings over two decades of experience in healthcare leadership, including senior roles at Teladoc Health and Providence Health. His background includes scaling healthcare operations and advancing patient-centered care models, which Brook.ai says will support its next phase of growth in remote care delivery.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system.
