Businessolver's Sofia Wins 2026 Enterprise AI Award

Businessolver's Sofia received the 2026 Tech Ascension Award for AI-Powered Enterprise Solution of the Year. The benefits assistant connects enrollment, claims and HR data to answer employee questions and identify trends.

Businessolver said in a press release that its Sofia technology won AI-Powered Enterprise Solution of the Year in the 2026 Tech Ascension Awards. Sofia connects benefits enrollment, employee service, claims information and HR data to provide guidance for employees and identify trends for HR teams.

Businessolver said 85% of Sofia chats remain resolved after seven days, while 74% of benefits questions are handled entirely through self service. Nearly one third of member conversations take place outside normal business hours.

Sofia uses behavioral, eligibility and life event signals to determine when to provide information. The technology has operated across Businessolver's services for nearly a decade, expanding from a benefits chatbot into a tool for employees, HR teams, brokers and partners.
