Cactus Adds Marketing Management to AI Call Services

Sep 29, 2026
Cactus expanded its services for home service companies with marketing management informed by customer conversations and appointment outcomes.

Cactus expands its services for home service companies to include marketing management, the company announced in a press release. The service combines marketing data with information from AI call answering, lead response, customer reactivation and appointment booking.

The expansion begins through Cactus's existing relationship with Upfront Plumbing, Drains, Heating and Air. Data about customer requests, whether inquiries match available services and what happens after each inquiry can inform campaign messaging, targeting and follow up.

A July 2026 Cactus case study reported that its AI system handled 878 calls for Upfront and linked 40 invoices worth $95,690 to those calls. Cactus said these figures will serve as a baseline for evaluating the expanded service.
